RETURNS
I hope you will love your dice as much as I loved creating them, but if this is not the case I will act to fix it right away. You may return dice in new, unused condition for any reason within 14 days of delivery in exchange for either a different set that better suits your tastes or a full refund. Before sending back, send an email to shop@seerdice.com to receive the return slip to be included in the package. Remember that the product must be intact and carry signs of use. Returned goods are sent at their own cost along with the completed return form. The original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return or exchange is the result of my own error I will pay the return shipping.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
When placing an order from outside the European Union, customers will have to bear any costs arising from importing Seer Dice to their country of residence, such as customs, duties and administrative fees.
